Senior appointment strengthens Harrison Drury’s corporate team in Manchester

Harrison Drury’s Manchester team goes from strength to strength with the appointment of Wendy Catterall, who will advise clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters.

Harrison Drury has expanded its corporate team in Manchester with the appointment of senior associate solicitor Wendy Catterall.

Wendy, who joins them from Knights, will advise clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters.

She has significant experience acting on behalf of buyers, sellers, management teams and private equity funds.

Wendy is the latest in a series of senior appointments at the firm’s Manchester base allowing it to double its office space at the Tootal Buildings on Oxford Road, following the launch in January.
