Senior e-commerce professionals can learn critical digital skills and processes to create faster business growth at workshops being held in Manchester city centre in July.

E-commerce digital agency Door4 are hosting two free sessions: ‘Beat Analysis Paralysis: Turn Your Digital Data into An Action Plan’ and ‘Conversion Sprint: UX Testing & CRO For Performance’.

They are designed and delivered by experts at Door4, including UX Consultant Kevin Robinson. He said: “Knowing how to use data is the difference between a business that thrives and one that can’t seem to grow beyond a certain point.

“Analytics, UX and CRO are transformative elements in any business’ toolbox. These workshops aim to make it very clear what people should be measuring and how they should be approaching website iterations.”

Delegates can attend one or both workshops. Topics covered include how to increase e-commerce sales and improve web enquiry rates, and how to optimise your marketing efforts using the right metrics.

Places on the workshops are limited. For more information about each, and to book, visit Door4 on Eventbrite.
