Fazenda announce exclusive ‘Orígenes’ menu as part of Manchester Food & Drink Festival

As part of Manchester Food & Drink Festival Fazenda's Executive Chef, Fran Martinez has created an exclusive menu, 'Orígenes', which explores meats from South American roots and a selection of other hand-picked meats from around the world.

As part of Manchester Food & Drink Festival Fazenda’s Executive Chef, Fran Martinez has created an exclusive menu, ‘Orígenes’, which explores meats from South American roots and a selection of other hand-picked meats from around the world.

This specially curated experience, will start with a welcome drink at the bar followed by dinner in one of their luxurious private dining rooms. Guests will enjoy a selection of 10 cuts of meat; starting their journey in South America they will then move on to taste Japanese Wagyu Beef, Iberico Pork, Aberdeen Black Angus, British Old Dairy cow, Welsh Lamb and more.

Complemented by exquisite South American wines, Fran will personally explain the origins and flavours of each cut as they are carved at the table. Meats will be served with a selection of sharing sides and guests will finish their experience with a special dessert and cocktail.

TONIC TALENT LAUNCHES DINE AND DONATE FOR BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Hospitality and catering recruiters, Tonic Talent, have launched their Dine and Donate campaign for Birmingham Children’s hospital.
The campaign will see £1 added to the customers’ bills in April 2024 to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Many venues in the city, such as the Michelin-starred Simpsons, have pledged their commitment to raising money in this way.
