Liverpool Hospitality Association Raises over £22K for Hospitality Action

On Thursday 24th October Liverpool Hospitality Association hosted its glittering annual awards at Titanic Hotel’s beautifully decorated Rum Warehouse.

On Thursday 24th October Liverpool Hospitality Association hosted its glittering annual awards at Titanic Hotel’s beautifully decorated Rum Warehouse, which saw 13 triumphant winners take home awards, and over £22K raised for the chosen charity, Hospitality Action.

Over 400 people attended the glamorous ball and charity event, which seeks to pay recognition and celebrate the exceptional, hard-hard-working talent which makes up the hospitality industry in Liverpool, rewarding employees at all levels across a number of categories.

Hospitality Action, a charity which dedicates itself to supporting those who work in the hospitality industry in the UK by offering help, advice and support, was the chosen charity of the evening and benefited from the impressive £22.5K raised.

The awards, which were hosted by Greatest Hits radio presenter Rossie, included everything from Rising Star and Heart of House , to Unsung Hero and Head Chef of the Year, with each of the winners being presented with beautiful award plates and champagne from Managing Director of World Class Service, Tracy Waddacor.

Commenting on the awards, Tracy Waddacor said, “Last night was great to see so many familiar faces, old and new, come together for the annual awards, and raise such an amazing amount for the very deserving Hospitality Action. Huge congratulations to all the winners and nominees who should be so proud of themselves”.

TONIC TALENT LAUNCHES DINE AND DONATE FOR BIRMINGHAM CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Hospitality and catering recruiters, Tonic Talent, have launched their Dine and Donate campaign for Birmingham Children’s hospital.
The campaign will see £1 added to the customers’ bills in April 2024 to raise funds for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Many venues in the city, such as the Michelin-starred Simpsons, have pledged their commitment to raising money in this way.
