If you want to get your own back on your boss for a good cause, then this is the event for you!

On Friday 21st February, Birmingham’s very own Victorian prison, The Lock-Up on Steelhouse Lane, is opening their doors once again to house the very worst of Birmingham’s office inmates. Whether that’s your executive, manager or colleague, this is your chance to get them ‘locked up’ and have them fundraise for their freedom.

For inmates to reach their ‘bail’ to be set free, they will need to utilise their friends, families and contacts to reach their £500 sponsorship target by the end of the day or they’ll be vulnerable for a forfeit which YOU can decide!

Doors open at 9.30am for booking of the inmates where they will be shown to their individual cells. If you’d like to come and visit your colleague during the day you’re more than welcome to, just let us know and we can ensure a time slot is given.

With the £500 sponsorship, you could pay for an individual to spend their final days in the comfort of their own home with the support from our specialist Hospice at Home nurses, which can mean the world to someone like Ursula…

“I am so grateful that the nurses are able to care for me at home – I am comfortable here and I can still see my friends and neighbours – so it was really important that I stayed here. From the bottom of my heart, I can honestly say that they are just amazing – they will do anything they can for you and every day, I look forward to their visits.”
