Sedulo Group’s tax relief division, Sedulo A.I.R. (Allowances, Incentives & Reliefs), has appointed Said Bile as Senior Director as the firm continues to grow its specialist team across the UK.
The appointment follows a strong period of expansion for the division, which launched earlier this year in response to rising HMRC compliance activity and a more complex tax relief environment. Sedulo A.I.R. has since broadened its client portfolio across multiple sectors – with key UK and global brand client wins – and added further depth to its multidisciplinary team, which includes former HMRC officers, legal professionals and sector-specific experts. Said joins the division with more than a decade of experience advising FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies on large-scale R&D claims and supporting fast-growing start-ups on funding strategies through to unicorn status. His background spans Materials and Manufacturing as well as Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).
Speaking on his arrival, Said Bile said:
“Joining Sedulo A.I.R. at such an exciting stage in its growth is a fantastic opportunity. The tax relief landscape is evolving rapidly, with compliance and technical excellence more important than ever. What attracted me to Sedulo is the team’s ability to combine deep technical capability with a genuinely commercial mindset — delivering robust, defensible claims while helping clients unlock real innovation and growth.”
Head of A.I.R at Sedulo, Josh Perry, added:
“Following an exciting year of growth within our London client base, with some of the UK’s most iconic brands choosing Sedulo A.I.R to help them navigate their R&D claims, we are excited to appoint Said who brings industry leading expertise in this area. Said has worked on numerous FTSE 100 and 250 claims and strategically significant, high-value projects across diverse industries, ensuring our clients continue to receive the high standard of advice they have come to expect.”
Sedulo A.I.R. operates as part of Sedulo Group’s wider advisory network, providing clients with direct access to senior specialists in R&D, capital allowances, and other incentives. The team’s work integrates with Sedulo’s broader services in audit, corporate finance and tax advisory to deliver coordinated, compliance-focused support.
The appointment marks another step in Sedulo A.I.R.’s development as the firm builds capacity to meet growing demand for technically sound, HMRC-compliant advisory in the incentives space.
