DIB hosted its second annual property, planning, and regeneration conference in February 2023.

Focussing on the priority issues in the industry, including the levelling-up agenda, net zero, planning laws, housing development, high streets, infrastructure, and partnerships, the event featured a range of eminent speakers from the private and public sectors.

Among our contributors were Lord Michael Heseltine, West Midlands Mayor Andy Street, the chief executives of Manchester, Salford, and Wolverhampton City Councils, the leaders from Birmingham and Leeds, and various business leaders from the private sector, including North West Property Personality of the Year, Phil Mayall, Sophie Gilmore from Hybrid Training Centre, Tim Heatley from Capital & Centric, CEO of Be.EV, Asif Ghafoor, and more.
