Birmingham and the West Midlands will take centre stage at this year’s UKREiiF in Leeds, with a high-powered delegation of civic leaders, developers, and private sector investors set to showcase the region’s ambitious growth agenda.
With billions of pounds of regeneration already underway and a clear pipeline of future opportunities, the West Midlands delegation will be promoting a compelling proposition to UK and international investors—focused on connectivity, innovation, housing delivery, and commercial development.
Key highlights of the region’s offer include the continued transformation of Birmingham city centre, major regeneration schemes such as Smithfield, Paradise, and the Curzon Street HS2 interchange, alongside wider opportunities across the West Midlands Combined Authority geography.
