The former Chief Executive of Manchester City Council, Sir Howard Bernstein will join Downtown in Business for an exclusive dinner event at The Lowry Hotel on Thursday 12th May 2022.
Sir Howard will be discussing his involvement in driving Manchester’s regeneration through his strong public/private sector partnerships, public sector reform, including the establishment of the GM Combined Authority, and the recent expansion of Manchester Airport.
