Downtown in Business hosted its inaugural Change Makers Live conference in Liverpool recently with contributions from a range of decision-makers, innovators, and entrepreneurs, including the shadow health minister Wes Streeting MP, the chief executive of Halton Borough Council Stephen Young, Biograd boss Dr Natalie Kenny, and Director of Strategy for Bruntwood Jessica Bowles.
