The leaders of Birmingham and Leeds City councils Cllr Ian Ward and Cllr James Lewis, Homes England Director Danielle Gillespie and the chief executive of The West Midlands Growth Company will also address the conference, whilst from the private sector, Directors from Atkins, Avison Young, Capital & Centric, DB3, Hybrid Technology, and Muse Developments will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the sector in a post-pandemic economy.

DIB Group chairman and chief executive Frank McKenna said:

“We are looking forward to welcoming around 200 delegates to Birmingham for this important conference next month. We know that the sector has some significant challenges at the moment- but equally there is a genuine desire from local authorities and property firms to create public-private sector partnerships that can deliver. This is a great space where we bring together senior decision-makers and industry leaders to discuss, debate, and connect. I’m sure this will be another terrific Downtown event.”
