North West regional law firm Napthens has rolled out a new service designed to help businesses as they review their strategies following the announcement of a second national lockdown.

The firm has launched a new consultation service available to business leaders across the North West, offering access to a team of legal and business experts who can offer strategic advice to help businesses through these difficult times.

The Strategy Room enables business owners to draw upon support from professional advisers experienced in issues ranging from employee relations, health and safety and commercial contracts through to acquisitions or preparing for a sale.

Shru Morris, CEO of Napthens said: “This is a collaborative venture to work with businesses across the North West. Our message is one of support and advice – we can achieve much more working together.

“Our Strategy Room is an honest, confidential conversation where we can help business owners to move forward and look to the future, whether that is guidance on tough decisions, people management issues, or preparing for investment or sale.

“Our experts have many years’ experience of supporting businesses to prosper and we’re proud to share that knowledge and offer our support to help build a stronger regional economy together.”

The firm, which has offices across Lancashire, Cumbria and Merseyside, has continued to provide business support through the pandemic, including a dedicated Coronavirus Hub incorporating updates, webinars and Q&A sessions on key issues.

The Strategy Room sessions are free and available to all North West businesses. Organisations can choose areas of interest including: commercial contracts, share incentives and corporate structures, growth by acquisition, business dispute resolution, insolvency, commercial property, employment, HR, health and safety, business continuity, personal estate planning and sectors including construction projects and licensed premises.
