Connaught Facilities is a division of Connaught Security Limited. They provide solutions to many of your building maintenance requirements; with 25 years of experience in facilities management. Connaught Facilities can design, supply, install and maintain all elements throughout your premises from full commercial plant rooms, HVAC, electrical and plumbing to LED lighting upgrades helping your company to achieve their environmental aims. They pride themselves on the quality of workmanship and the relationships they have built with clients.

Connaught work in partnership with major contractors throughout the UK as well as working for domestic customers bringing them the high level of service of a contractor for a cost they can afford.

Connaught aim to be a single point of contact for all your requirements. In addition to planned maintenance Connaught provide an emergency call out option to clients with engineers based across the UK. All work is guaranteed for 12 months and they have PI insurance up to £10m, Public Liability £5m and Employers Liability £5m.

Typical projects include; MoD, Government buildings, schools, Local authority buildings, banks and hospitals.
