The monthly event is hosted in London and Manchester, and since being established four years ago, over 1,500 property companies have registered as LTCC stakeholders.

Originally the club was the brainchild of a collection of businesses from the property sector, Zumtobe Group, Brakes & Forrester, DSSR, and CIBSE, and now they have decided to hand the baton over to a business organisation that has become one of the fastest growing private sector groups in the UK.

Downtown boss Frank McKenna commented:

“We are delighted to have been entrusted with the LTCC brand. It will provide us with the opportunity to penetrate the London market; whilst also adding another exciting series of events to our existing Manchester programme.

“Downtown has always had a strong association with the property sector, and this new initiative will, I’m sure strengthen and grow those links.”

LTCC founder member John Hartles commented:

“We know that Downtown in Business will not only maintain but progress the club. They are experts in delivering high profile corporate networking events across the UK, and their ability to connect the private and public sectors is crucial. I’m looking forward to seeing the LTCC brand develop and grow in the coming months and years ahead.”

Mr. McKenna concluded:

“Downtown established an office in London just over a year ago, and we obviously have a strong platform that will enable us to hit the ground running as far as this opportunity is concerned. Having established the Downtown brand successfully in the north of England and the West Midlands, we are looking forward to taking the unique Downtown approach to the capital.”
