Ahead of the soft launch of Dishoom Birmingham, we’d like to warmly invite you to help with the final stages of our training by dining with us during our very first services.

These ‘test runs’ are hugely important to us as we prepare our brand-new café and our brand-new team ahead of the official opening (with a fair wind and all being well) on 1st April.

WHAT TO EXPECT:–
We’ll welcome you warmly, treat you as our guests and at the end of the meal, we’ll ask you to tell us where we can improve.

We do ask that you be patient with us on these crucial first shifts, and only bring guests who will understand the nature of these test runs. We’ll aim to deliver an experience that is every bit as good as you should expect from us, but please do excuse any little hiccups that may occur.

As a thank you for helping out, all food and drink will be on us and as we’re not yet officially open, we kindly ask that you don’t post any photos or comments on social media – huge thanks.

HOW TO BOOK:–
Please email your preferred date, meal and party size to birminghamtestruns@dishoom.com. We’ll then get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability.

DATES :– Tuesday 17th, Wednesday 18th, or Thursday 19th March 2020
MEAL:– Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner (and preferred time)
